1. What is a Domain Name
A domain name is your unique Internet address, the pointer to your website. A good example of
a domain name would be www.yourname.com, where www stands for world wide web  yourname is the actual domain name and .com is the extension. This domain name will enable other people to easily find your site without having to memorize a complicated number combination (IP address).
There are two categories of domain names: generic and international (country specific). Generic Domain Names end with .com, .net, or .org, are not affiliated with any country and are  'unrestricted' - anyone from anywhere can register. Country Specific Domains, on the other hand,
end with two-letter extensions like .au (Australia) and .cn (China), and are operated by separate registry authorities in 192 countries. When a country specific extension is restricted, it means that a local presence and/or company documentation is required.

2. Reasons for Registering a Domain
In today's business world a company without a website is not taken seriously.  A domain, just like your name or logo, is used to uniquely identify yourself or your business. A company with a name like 2344545 Inc. would not be taken seriously either, since it is hard to memorize and use as a brand name. Register a meaningful, easy to remember domain name and people will have no trouble finding you. A good domain name will also improve the company's credibility and goodwill.
Another reason for registering a domain name is that  your domain e-mail address will never change, even if you change your internet service provider (ISP).
And finally, many people register domain names in the expectation of selling them at a much higher price (loans.com has recently been sold for $3,000,000) in a short period of time. Domain names are scarce, the world's population is growing and Internet becomes a part of the regular daily life - you do the math... A good domain name is your first step to becoming an "Internet Millionaire" and DomainFellow.com is always ready to help you in this quest.

3.1. Using Categorized Domain Generator
Click here to see the description of this unique domain generation tool.
The interface is very intuitive. Just think about a name that you would like to be present in your
domain name no matter what - this is your keyword. Enter this keyword into the keyword field on our main page in the orange box. Select the extension for your domain name. from a drop-down
box next to the keyword field. The most common extension is ".com", which shows that you are a
commercial company. If you are a non-for profit, government, or community supported organization,  the extension ".org" is the most appropriate. If your company is related to networks and the Internet, use the extension ".net".  Now think about the main focus of  your business. Click
on the category drop-down menu to see what categories of prefixes and suffixes are available and
choose the one that best describes your main business function. Select whether you want to use
prefixes or suffixes by clicking the appropriate radio button. Prefixes are the small words that go
front of and suffixes are the words that go after your keyword when generating a domain
name (e.g. Prefix = house, Keyword = deal, Extension = .com, produces the domain name
hotdeal.com, while if  the Suffixes are used, the domain name would be dealhouse.com). Click
GO! The results will show which domains are available for registration and which are already
registered. You can click the "Register" button to register a desired domain, or you can click
the "Info" button to see the registrant's information. Each registered name has a link to the
registrant's website or parking server, so you can go there by clicking on the respective domain
name.

64 characters. You can enter up to 10 different keywords into each field and select a different
extension for each. Click GO!. The results will show which domains are available for registration and which are already registered.
